Today was the first group to teach lab C. I thought that Mike, Eric, and Kyle all did a great job teaching. The activity they taught is called Hanits. It is a game similar to table tennis but you use your hands and there is 4 tables. Eric was my favorite because he was very energetic and he had a fun lesson with good cues. Mike did a good job of progressing us from two tables to use all four and Kyle did a nice job of explaining to us on how to properly hit the ball while playing. I'm in progress of putting my lesson together now and I'm very excited to teach my lesson on Friday.
- Justin Nassivera
- My name is Justin Nassivera and I am currently in my Junior year at SUNY Cortland studying Physical Education. I'm a huge sports fan and love my Boston Celtics and Red Sox. Basketball, Baseball, and Golf are huge passions of mine and would love to coach them someday in the school setting. I have always loved teaching and coaching kids and have always wanted to become a PE teacher because it was always my favorite class in school. Many people have strong opinions against physical education and I believe that myself and other physical educators need to spread the word of what exactly we are doing in the PE world.
